It was George Bush who proposed CAFTA, a trade agreement that has strengthened ties with several countries in Latin America. Obama voted against it. It was also George Bush who has pushed for trade agreements with Peru, Colombia, and Panama. Obama failed to vote for the Peru FTA, and he has yet to reveal his position on the other two.Is Barack not getting it? Or Austan not dishing it?
