I watch a lot of junk on TV. Today, I actually watched something worthwhile

Associate Justices Stephen Breyer and Antonin Scalia testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the role of judges in American democracy.

I thought Lindsay Graham (1:17 mark) distinguished himself in his questioning, really seeing the big picture of what is going on between these two branches of government.  Unfortunately, the only female Senator, Dianne Feinstein (1:07 mark), won the Marcy Kaptur Award (Harvard needs to apologize to Larry Summers and beg him to come back).  And Dick Durbin (1:30 mark) wins the Shady Award, for trying to throw some gasoline on Clarence Thomas's wife.  It's a bit long, but really worthwhile.
