Ifill - Not a neutral moderator

This really irks me. How could the McCain campaign allow this to happen without any guidelines imposed? The moderator of the VP debate has a positive book on Obama scheduled to be released on Inauguration Day! At the very least, she should be required to make a disclosure at the beginning of the debate.
