Gambling Bill

It appears as though the Republicans sneaked the gambling bill in under unrelated legislation yesterday. A copy of the bill through a link on this site takes you to it. You have to look real hard (all the way to page 213 till you get to it). Not sure what this means as TradeSports live help would not comment on it in any constructive way. The contract on the bill obviously jumped as Bush is sure to sign it (currently trading at $95, up from about $25 yesterday. Any lawyers out there with an educated opinion as to the future of trading at tradesports in the US would certainly be welcomed.
